Not getting salary on time that's only problem otherwise all good

You will get extreme knowledge of hvac within a year . They involve you each and every project even if you are fresher . They always avoid your mistake so that you will not panic and give you 100 percent next time.

Dislikes

Little bit delay salary as compare to other . Like you will get salary in between 15 to 20th day of month .

The exposure to various clients via meetings, conversations and overall dealing is quite valuable, especially when you're new to the industry. Initial grooming is really nice, but after that you cannot expect much of it & that is when the real struggle begins.

Dislikes

...ad can lead to working overtime and can in turn disturb the work-life balance. Salary is below average & is given at/around the 15th of the next month (w.r.t. date of joining).

The only pros here is if you have worked here and handled multiple responsibilities , you will be able to fit in any department when you join some other company.

Small company , multiple responsibilities on a single person , salary hike not guaranteed , allowances benefits are being deposited after 3-4 months

Good experience will working with pentagon. Director were good makes you understand and helps us to slove the problem. For fresher can have great experience in pentagon

There is not such thing to be dislike but one thing i have to tell please give proper allowance if the employee is working out of town
