Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

We can learn all the process which they are doing inside of the plant very interested place to learn complete engineering process and flows

Dislikes

Only about the salary part before covid salary will get credited every month end and next month beginning now it was postponed to 7th of every month

We have lot to learn in pennar very usefull to fresher's.great skill development area.

Dislikes

Very poor salary growth.there is no systematic processor in fab department .no proper guidelines .It is always a single man army type in all department.

...ugh they don't bother about others. But there is no financial issues in company. For every 2-3 years you will get increments with different structures in salary.

No bonus No increment No promotion One person with good contact can have promotion every two years but another person receive promotion only after 10 years No proper support from HR Old and outdated laptops are used
