Salary deduction based on company performance (PEB intensives) No value in accounts department for your post Before joining they will say company will outperform all the times but they deduct peb intensives as company is not reached goles Your job is more like settlements of vendors

.my teammates members are very supportive & create a good environment of work. But In this lockdown company is not paying to our full salary of months. Politics have also involved with your job promotion.

In this company learning thing very bad no any proper guidelines to trainee. Growth rate very low of your job perfermance.

The company is good in skill development and learning. We can learn as much as we can.

The company is very poor in compensation and benefits. Growth is also slow and no training programs for fresher and the work we are doing is not related to our professional.

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent and supportive, Company policies are good, There is a huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
