company job working police is very special.I like leaves system this company & in this company advance technology as like roller press for cement grinding purpose.company culture background very special for me,because it is south Indian company so,I get new opportunity of the working with south Indian people.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
