I have worked almost two years in Hotel peninsula grand saki naka. Good property to work . Owners are good no doubt.

Dislikes

Salary slightly delayed some times but getting every month. Some management needs to be change rest all good

Working in Peninsula Grand was tolerable because of the fun we can have in the kitchen department (even though we aren't from the same department). Always welcome, always ready to teach you or even let you get involved in the process. Always loved going to the kitchen and interacting with the chefs.

Dislikes

Not appreciative at all. Doesn't recognise quality ,talent and skill. Wants high quality labour with cheap package. Promises always and always go unfulfilled after extracting labour power. Lack of support for employees during unforseen circumstances. No integrity and ethical standards.

Being the first company to work for it will always be close to my heart. Learnt all basics of hospitality industry. I would consider it as an hospitality school for me with practical knowledge. The entire Peninsula team is like a big extended family always supportive and helpful.I feel that the higher management is very good as your MD or your GM knows you by your name.Thus,the sense of belongingness comes automatically which itself motivates to perform better for ourselves and the company.
