In PEGATRON it's very easy work for us. Easy to grap the knowledge about mobile manufacturing. Communication among each other for us is very clear and easy to understand.

Dislikes

Shift based is not Ok for me. Salary is also they deduct for double PF .

...iming is not stable for office work only , so not able to manage home properly . Otherwise salary and incentives are well when compared to other companies I worked before and I highly impressed by approaching candidates comes for interview...I wish to rejoin again this heaven.. Pegatron company provides good for each and every employees. good atmosphere, no transport cost free company cab for employees,HR support for operators, take care of health.

Dislikes

...qualification. No priority for qualification only first priority of experience . Salary is very low .

The work is 8 hours, after that, one doesn't have to think about the job, or making prerequisites before starting your day

Dislikes

No hike of salary, work is squeezed off from the workers, no respect or recognition in terms of qualification, terrible safety conditions for workers especially for males, a very monotonous working style

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
