Worst experience with Pegasus, They don't have any management for employees regarding salary slip & F&F. They hold full & final settlement of employees for 6 months for no reason. They dont follow their own company policy for F&F which is max 3 months

Job Security is None. They simply call you and ask for resignation, No Notice period to serve, you are jobless the very next day if management wants it that way. Just a very dirty company to deal with

... . Just pity how toxic this company is. They will hold up your FnF for 4 months. You can be jobless and without salary the very next day. Don't fall for the sweet talks by HR. Contact people on linkedin and ask for there reviews of ex-employee (who are not working there any more) it is very toxic. They will throw money at you initially, but such a poor bit of management.!

(no response to calls, emails) - Wrongful deduction of salary (complaint by maximum employee) - Anyone looking for Job Security and good work culture should avoid this company - They will delay your appraisal and No arrears by the way (again verify by past employees)
