Dislikes

No management except 'Achieve Budget' culture anyhow during closing. No guarantee of salary and expense reimbursements. They will simply choke one out after months of work. Very poor company. CMD is the main planner of these.

Nothing to like except the products. Brands are good.

Almost anything & everything. The director indulges in everything & tries to micromanage. A nincompoop Sales Head is there who, at the age of fifty, can't even speak clearly. And most importantly, they will dupe you of your hard-earned money. My 1.5 lacs pending and they don't attend phonecalls.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology .I Love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable and survive high quality of drug product in domestic.Management time to time give the appreciation for better performance and achievement.

Bottom line attitude/behavior and unwanted comments only and by management is to much good for every employee

I have been joined first time as psr in Pegasus farmaco . But they haven't sent any goods as ex psr had made some payments due . So they told me to collect and managers never visited there . And even I had taken many pre-POB of worth 25000. But goods never supplied by the company and they removed me from job by saying "your failed to do sales".😏
