- Project managers and TL are technically weak and asking very bad software solutions like backend would only have crud operations, no table mapping, no code optimisation, similarly for front end no caching for repetitive operations, only api calls and data integrations, no responsiveness of UI only deliver as much as possible in terms of quantity - you won't find "S" of security or "P" of performance in front end or backend apps here - if you don't have any client project then be ready to get laid off, funny thing is you won't get even 1 month of notice period, it could be 15 days or a week or 1 day[1-2 dev was asked to be released in single day] - project managers are not able to crack interviews in other companies - company don't have repetitive work from clients even after 10+ years of operations, new client comes, work with company and due to dissatisfaction with technical skills of devs or PMs, quality of work, they leave You can join, work here and experience all these things, other low rating are proof of the same

HR departments that seem to lack effectiveness and logic. The organizational culture often appears to be tainted by internal politics, which can be detrimental to overall morale and productivity. Additionally, some owners exhibit behaviors that suggest they believe themselves to be exceptionally clever, often undermining employees' decisions and contributions. Furthermore, there have been instances where employees are undervalued, receiving inadequate compensation for their efforts. Attempts to leave the company are met with intimidation tactics, such as threats and delays in providing final settlement (FNF) dues. This creates an environment of fear and uncertainty for those seeking to move on. Addressing these issues is crucial for creating a healthier and more productive workplace environment."
