Actually it's not dislike but I want to say the Bonus on performance is must and the Variable must be payed annually instead of quarterly.

Peelwoek's expertise in blue collar hiring and staffing BPO's is commendable.The pay roll and compliance management were smooth and the CRM tools were useful. i found the WHATSAPP marketing strategies and the help desk management effective.

Office environment is friendly. Monthly targets are achievable. Fair compensation is given for achieving the target. The management is very supportive and open to suggestions. Office timings are very flexible.

...een told to work in a specific way, suddenly changes after morning Zoom call. Supplier's are not been paid on time. No Supplier in Mumbai is ready to give them stocks on Credit.

Everything here is just absurd. Whether management, all departmental staff, salary, working culture, everything is non sense and terrible. The boss, the directors, Management team all are over smart and arrogant.
