The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I lovve the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable , high-quality products and has a global client base . As a result, I get to travel city to city ,especially to the Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon & Jaipur Locations . Mine is a Jaipur based client and they some offices in Mumbai , Pune , GUrgaon , Bangluru . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily collaboration.I also like employee re-hire policy here .

Dislikes

Compensation is slow . there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which ia a pain sometimes.

Everything here is just absurd. Whether management, all departmental staff, salary, working culture, everything is non sense and terrible. The boss, the directors, Management team all are over smart and arrogant.

If you are a quick learner who is ready to accept new challenges then you will get to work in various domains which is very good for future prospects. I like to work under the Leadership who provides valuable feedback on all inputs with honest and brute opinion.

Actually it's not dislike but I want to say the Bonus on performance is must and the Variable must be payed annually instead of quarterly.

...d at Peetworks Bangalore office. The experiencing was a a mix of pros and cons. The good pay Scale and hum-us Cafe for employees were appreciated, but blue- collar hiring was a bit challenging. The team's dedication to new client acquisition was impressive but occasional coordination issues impacted the BDM team"s efficiency.

Canteen was far away from the office.
