...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Peekay has always been well ahead in employee safety concerns and the management had taken every possible step to avoid the inception or spread of COVID-19 in the company. Thermal monitoring was set in place to detect a spike in the temperature of employees or visitors. Hand sanitizers were distributed to all departments to ensure proper sanitization. And when the Govt announced the lockdown Peekay supported the employees without any cut in the salary.

Dislikes

The primary and probably the only issue I had would be the salary package. You don't get enough pay as the work you do.

Excess of work load appraisal will not adequate. Whatever you work do is not important. You should show Presentation works which I have done in last financial year

This is very good company for invention and new technology adopts. It's my pleasers that I'm a part of this company that market reliable by its high quality products and has a global client base. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
