This is the firm where one can get different areas to work in and different clients from smallest to MNC to work with during the period of his articleship Training and the partners are highly experienced and knowledgeable to learn from.

Dislikes

There are few people which have completely different image/personality in front of the seniors/partners than actually what they are and sometimes you don't even get the full time to explain your point to the seniors because of the lack of time and work pressure.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
