New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

No scope of Growth, Small Increments , pending incentives from 4/5 months, Unsupportive TL doing office Politics and favouritism is all over there. In the name of increment they will increase just a Rs.500 or Rs.1000 after 1.5 year of service. Partiality towards team members, bad culture of work environment, Most bad experience throughout 1.5 years of employment, Everyday starts with a new JD.

it is a good company, focusing on employees skill development, provide training programs and looking forward to achieve their goals and company's goal too. Top Managements are supportive and good in behavior. They have excellent VISION and MISSION but that is only for writing. Nobody even top are not following it.

Only one who can survive in this company who is best in politics...(your skill and performance doesn't matter) That's all abt the company..It's has been best in the industry till 2016..Then after new management all has been changed.
