I don’t like at all because they are not providing salary on time and service charges also before joining they said u will get salary 5 th but they are providing salary 12 some time 15 room allowance also same no FIX date

There is no posetive feedback only one think I like managers are very helpful and humble but any away If some one said the what u give ratings so I will give 0 but I will give 1 star now because of Managers

Everything the work culture is very dominant Managers abuse insult bully no senior management address the issue no growth just delay and make you work 13hrs Groupism menuplation

Only Some of the Staff are good and they are cooperative with the Respective Departments

...my 18 years experience. Also the HR Manager is the worst Department i have seen. My opinion is that Please don't work with this Company Salary is also Not in time

Good was when the company was without politics and favouritism.

Bad To much politics. In nesco there is a lot favouritism. People leave quickly by seeing the work culture or some are forced to leave by the RGM Ashish Gautam or the HR as they have been manipulated by the management of nesco. Giving false hope of promotion and not promoting. The RGM one of the worst to find around in the market with no respect for the staff always being rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Spoiled the whole work culture. Just using the staff for their needs and then treating them like dogs.
