Worst management Whatever you suggest they will not listen to you They make perception about the employees and then never allow them to grow When feedback is given focus is more on negative points and they will harass you like you feel as if you are good for nothing I wish I could have marked this in negative Worst team finance and ops

Cash rich organization. Gave full salary, incentives and increments even during lockdown . Work days are Monday- Friday.

Dislikes

Some funny people without any experience in educational industry are running the show now. For them reports on excel are more important than something on the ground.

Best company to work with.Company is fair & transparent for their employees.Good work life balance with adequate compensation.

Nothing to dislike but company can improve on the job security as people lost job due to pandemic.

...the timings are Indian and we get two days leave which are usual sat and Sunday. No cab service, no such scope of growth and no permanency as you won't be on Pearson pay roll. Many employees are on contract basis which gets renewed every six months.

Dislikes

Many things but don't want to mention here. But one thing is that if you stay late in office, you are considered better than the ones who come early and work for 8 and half hours and leave early.

Hi,I working in this company from 4 years.This is a non work loaded company for RCs,its good for all employee on enjoyable work and salary on time.Cooperate Managers in some area.Good training and trainer,facility of accomodation also good.

Dislikes

Growth is not here for resourse persons.Salary also low for resourse persons if he is also working from 3 or 5 years.Job security is not here because all perons is here on conratct.
