Pearson as a company is terrific. their TA and Da for on tour employees at work are also the best in the industry. They have a great incentive structure too.

the current management is the worst in the country. From top to bottom they are all incompetent and they always put their share of the blame on the lowest level of employees and make them the scapegoat for their inadequacies. They give you unachievable targets and keep pressurizing you. Also when you resign they will never give youthe clearance and make you suffer.
