Good organisation to start your career, but no growth. Some departments are amazing and some are filled with toxicity. But overall culture is good.

Worst management Whatever you suggest they will not listen to you They make perception about the employees and then never allow them to grow When feedback is given focus is more on negative points and they will harass you like you feel as if you are good for nothing I wish I could have marked this in negative Worst team finance and ops

...the timings are Indian and we get two days leave which are usual sat and Sunday. No cab service, no such scope of growth and no permanency as you won't be on Pearson pay roll. Many employees are on contract basis which gets renewed every six months.

Dislikes

Many things but don't want to mention here. But one thing is that if you stay late in office, you are considered better than the ones who come early and work for 8 and half hours and leave early.
