Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Pearl polymer Ltd have its own brand name. I am coming from FMCG no any experience from Plastic product and company give me a chance to do more. I like this policy without any more experience in plastic line company hire me.

Here I find no any of chance for career growth, no any training policy for employees. And main of the things which I come to dislike that as on brand the company not do any more effective work in trade market since last of my working period 2014 to 2018.
