now a days , boss keep people as per their convenient. they fired old people who has good knowledge but they need their own people with higher salary who only satisfy boss not company so name of pearl global is going down in this industry .

5 days working at corporate office, good work life balance,good culture, office is good with modern ambience. Company is striving for do things better as per MNC standards. Overall very good company to work.

Ineligible and uneducated peoples are getting good salary and hardworking guys don't. Increment policy not good .IJP not happening in this company.

...curity, they will remove without any pre information,me also faced same problem. And no increment no bonus work will be gain but salary will be same

Company policies are bed, no appraisals since 2 + years annd they deduct 75 percentage salary during COVID issue and bonus 2 percentage of gross salary
