Great place to work with like Indian MNC. Good learning experience with great career growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but hikes are low. Sometimes work pressure is so high because of brand acceptancy.

Toxic work culture. Too much micromanagement and politics. The top management belongs to "Old school of thoughts". And due to lack of communication or no proper communication between the three directors ( VK, Uday & Niraj) the plant performance and culture is not healthy. The entire Vizag team is demotivated.

Learn more work in plant in briefly .water analysis.beverage analysis like PH ,tritrable acidity.inverted brix ,co2percentage in bottle in ppm, bottle anlysis,,torque,lable placement ,closers &preforms analysis ie exipary date manufactured date, &quality &quantity of bottles .these are total learnt very briefly . So this company is very good ,job security is good ,management also supporting to jobholders every time
