Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Working time is more than 10 hours, Lots of working pressure. not time to time salary. Extra days will not be paid and leaves will be deducted from salary. Work even on weekly off days and it will not be paid. We have to done our work before the Required time to complete that work, so that we need to work extra time like more than 8-9 hours. We may have to work until midnight or the morning of the next day.
