New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

... and Friendly. We do work as a friend's and help each other in his/her problems. Another plus point is that the working hour is not too high and high salary. I know about the background of the sales & How to handle it. I think that it was too good than previous once.

I dislike because compare to working hour salary is too low. Our senior teaches as cruelty and don't give value to me. I was Live in tour about a week , it seems not good.

The only thing Good about the Company is the Brand name.

Dislikes

Senior managers are not helping in terms of team members professional growth. Management doesn't have any future plans. Work culture is very weird. People gossip about others rather than discuss ideas. Work-life Banalce is very poor.

Company close it's operation in East .

Nothing to say company already shut down it's operation in East & salary & expanses all pending .Off roll employes aren't getting paid for 4 months & finally told them to resign.

NCLT is imposed on PE Electronics Ltd. The employees of the company have not received remuneration since Dec'17 & reimbursement from Sept'17. The managment is very worst. The company at edge of closing.
