Good place to work few years back due to change in cxo don't know how is the culture there

Mngt focus more on senior employees interma of compensation and benefits though most of the works done by junior...no parity in compensation

Being with this organization for past 4 yrs and have seen many people lost jobs without any reasonable things my be company has a wrong hiring at 1dt place. If I compare this with other market leader it's below avg. In terms of work culture and management. Only company is growing employees growth is minimal. Work life balance is not best, Policies are only good on papers

Dislikes

No growth / development / Raise. Sometimes feel like I have made a wrong investment of my time and literally wasted crucial 4 years of my life.

very bad culture and the structure is completely screwed up. this is an employee hatred company. No point in Joining and regretting later. especially in senior roles in India. they say it is a high standard company and they are killing the employee sentiments.
