The hr department has took the interview on name of pds limited and i asked them for offer letter. The said when you joined the company they will give the offer letter. I felt cheated when they gave the offer letter in name of dbs lifestyle a company run by other promotors in noida.

Dislikes

The pds limited take your interview and give you the offer letter of dbs lifestyle and force you to join in noida instead of Gurugram. Dbs company is run by other promotors( not pds promotors), they are kind of cheater and no work culture and no corporate environment like 6 day working, no employee hr policies.

Likes

Lots of manual procedures making it difficult to meet the requirements from management. Also, lacks all kinds of employee work amenities.

Dislikes

There is not a single day in a month where you can relax. Always we will be fighting to keep up with the deadlines. Also, the management is not appreciative of the efforts from employees. However, the management blatantly expect employees to sacrify personal lift completely.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
