Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Leaning skills improve at site and also most your Skills other work like as electrical, procurement,store work , billing work etc.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't support our issues like design, confusion etc and mostly salary deduction and career growth is slow .

...mosphere for Freshers to learn and develop their skills.Nothong is hidden here.Salary wise also it is quite ok.In pdil chances of promotion are also very good.No party politics in pdil as far as my experience is concerned.
