Eventually training programs are also planned for better working and improvements in execution, planning, safety, monitoring etc.etc. Each employee has good opportunity for growth and innovation needed for the work-life balance and get appraisals/ promotions whenever are due or on achieving targets timely as earmarked to the individuals. Overall a good Construction company as PCP is having about 51 Years experience in the Construction and having a reputed name in the Construction Industry and building Nation.
