They consistently delay appraisals and fail to address employee concerns, often citing "security issues" as an excuse. Senior management's opinions are prioritized, fostering a culture of favoritism and internal politics. Additionally, certain employees resort to flattery to gain favor with seniors, further aggravating the work environment.

Promoting yes men, owner only want selective people to work with him, he will promote anyone while is drinking. Only facts, they promoted a person who doesn't have basic GDS knowledge and that guys was promoted three times and every time it was of no use . Kudos to that organisation who promoted a 420 addict.

I have worked with the most unprofessional people. People who don't even deserve a toilet cleaner job have been given responsibilities to manage. They just disappear and magically they appear back with red eyes and a calm demeanor when it's time for a higher manager to come in.

Manager is a Nashedi (jhanji) needs a bottle daily or he can't survive, don't know how to talk to his agents, most of promotion are given if you are pleasing him, totally toxic environment. They just want to tear you apart emotionally and all, there is no support from the manager when you ask for offs and all, he cares about with whom we gonna spend our offs with, like seriously. Really toxic
