There was no pressure of work after the shifts

1)The frequent deductions, deductions sometimes use to take 50% of our salary 2) The strict no leave policy on Indian Holiday (deduction of 5000+1000) 3) The management is very poor and and insensitive to employees. 4) Even the most senior employees were treated with no respect. 5) No documentation, even we are not given salary slips. If apply to HR , it takes 2-3 months to get it. 6) In a 9 hour shift only 2 breaks of 20 mins each( no fixed timing) 7) During Lockdown (our compensation was was reduced drastically) Were fined for any electrical outage, or internet issue(no compensation for that) Bonus of Diwali was 500/- Employees are asked to leave if they ask questions.

Likes

The teammates and the other people on the floor were helpful from time to time. And the compensation was beyond comparison if we talk about Dehradun.

No growth, unnecessary restrictions and policies from the client the company serves.

No proper salary hike nothing new to learn no proper promotions certification procedure is too tough and salary not upto the scale as per the certification process and have a 10 hour shift

...ion policies. Employee benefits need to be increased like Medical Insurance etc. The Salary Components need to be revised largely. Transparency on penalty on assigned targets should be predefined and not brought in abruptly. Growth required to expand to other verticals of Contact Centres...
