Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company MD can fire you anytime without any reason, no appraisal, very poor management, never join this company if you looking for buildup your career or supporting your family. There is no work and life balance, there will be always extra work after your 9 hour duty shift. Company culture also very bad, no national holidays, only 12 PL per year, MD thought his employees are just robot, No fixed salary date also, if salary date falls on Sunday the salary will be on the next day. Need82 is there brand name. There is another company under same MD, Need eighty two FOREX and travels private limited.
