No proper policy, salary is credited after two months career growth is slow. Management is so bad doesn't even communicate properly no proper work ethics.

There are many things to learn.freshers willing to learn French style pastries must join la folie.highly recommended for skill development only.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance.head chef is very strict.owner are disrespective to their employees uses harsh language most of the time..it is tough place to work.

Nothing, It was pathetic work place. Management doesn't have sense and business knowledge, and very dominant in nature which result into drop in staff morale.

Dislikes

Everything, This place is full of negative wibes. staff here works under very scary environment and always pressurized

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
