If you are looking for Gadha Majdoori ..Then you can definately go for this company.. Frustrating Team leaders,Egoistic managers,No learning culture ..Your leaders don't want to grow you if you are over skilled comparatively to him..Very strict timings ..You can't even take medical sick leave without medical proof..your medical issues should not hamper their work.. according to them if you are taking leave then you are not eligible for promotion. They will promote anybody of 1-2 years experienced person instead of 4+5 years experienced person.HR are totally involved in all these micro management..managers ordered you for 350+ calls and if you complaint about your mental health they will give you stupid calculations of 9 hours where you were found wrong in your own eyes

If you're joining as a mis, then don't go under the reporting of these 2 peoples first is Abhishek Pandey and second is Prachi prabhakar. They are creating uncessery toxic culture. Or ye prachi ko to kuch bhi nhi ata pta nhi kaha se product analyst ban gai vlookup tak nhi laga paati h. Khud gayab ho jati h bin btae chhutti ke legi or tmhe chutti dene pe iski maut aati h. Koi bhi join kar rha h na in dono se to door rehna. Or ye Abhishek to uska chamcha hai. Agr tum inse jada skilled ho to tmhre sath esa hi hoga ye kbhi tumhe apne se upar nhi badhne denge. I am fed-up with these two people.

Those who minds own business only and not trying to impress and making bond with seniors....they have to suffer in many terms. Once you get noticed you'll be targeted till the time you are in the organisation.

Nothing to dislike, just one problem is with parkings. If you have a car and designation is below manager , sorry they don't have a space for that.
