Management is biased. No incentive, no bonus, no appraisal, work from home is given to favourites only. Appraiyis good for favourites only. Accounts head is terrible . He is disgusting. I never seen such irritating manager who doesn't have 1% knowledge of accounts and finance. I don't know how management hire such person and he is Getting highest package in company.

For freshers it is a best place of learning. If your concern is not money. As a experience you can spent 1 year or more to understand all the things. Besides this you have flexibility to work with and you don't have to take permission from anyone for taking leaves.

Dislikes

No appraisal, No culture they only focused on work , they don't organise even a simple event on fest or do something to keep their employees happy. They didn't give dependency or share access of life db to their employees. They didn't value your contribution.

Lack of periodic employee reviews and minimal effort from the leadership. The HR department seems disconnected from employee concerns and doesn't prioritize employee well-being.

You get many things to explore , work on many things , and good work life balance.

No job Security ,they can fire you anytime ,they dont follow policies and always change policies accoridng to them and there is no equality , always partiallity with employes.
