It is good In one 97. because I learned so many things in that company.it is also so much of helpful to me in my finance and salary .I had so much learned so much with my tls and team member's

Their is no negative points go say in that company .because every one is be like friendly even managers and tls and every one it is a pleasant and peaceful job .so their is no bad today say anything

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.

1.No salary have to pay from our pocket for courier expenses 2. Petrol expenses zero have to travel daily 60 to 70kms market visits but no day allowances and no petrol allowances 3. Unreachable targets 4. They are always hiring
