There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

I think Paytm is good for pay salary on time, work from home facility, punch in punch out system is good.

Management is not so good, I think they need to change working culture in the Paytm like how to behave with your colleagues and juniors.

Warning ! Don’t join this co. in greed of package. They will hire you but won’t give you role that you applied for. Also,leads are dumb and do lots of politics. Abhinav Khare is TL in AML team who doesn’t know English still heads team and has power to take your job. He had no ethics and no feelings of guilt. He has taken jobs of so many ppl by doing politics and ate credit of juniors talent. Never join AML TEAM. There is no learning just copy paste. No promotion and no internal hike.

Everything. Even CEO do not care about unethically hiring firing practices done in few teams but few people.

Only Good thing is it's on roll and you get salary on time.

Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream

There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..
