If you want a job security please think before join paytm.. ynha pr bhut employee hai or aap logo ki koi value nabi hogi, I'm facing lots of issues because of their lay off

No job security, hr team call you and told you to give resign otherwise we will not pay your salary.. like kabhi bhi kisi ko bhi nikal deta hai.

Joining Process is very smooth in Paytm. Salary always in time.

Dislikes

For field sales team local travel allowances are very less for which required to get approval from HOD. Because of this travel allowance reimbursement will come credited on time. Not able to balance Work and personal life. Job security related issue. For F&F Paytm takes 60days but it can take more than that to credit F&F amount into your account.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
