When I joined Paytm, I thought it would be good but after being good for some time, soon they started putting pressure on us and there were some new criteria in the company due to which a lot of problems arose.

First of all salary is only for paper work you will get only between 15k to 20k and on paper your salary is about 35k to 43k but in reality there is no job security and they didn't solve their employees problem.

Dislikes

Mine salary was about 40k but about working and salary of other employees I see that their net monthly income is all about 15k because they didn't give any reason for less salary so, I quit the job immediately.

There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.
