No mechanism to catch wrong selling, despite knowing team fools on ground No client servicing team for Merchants People who are interested in building good teams are fired since Being people Managers is not appreciated here

I like the company's policies related to employees and really like that the salary always credits on time.

When I have joined the Paytm that experience was just awesome which can't be describe in words but now there is no job security they have earlier moved us to parent company but still our jobs are not secure they are just asking people for the resigns.

There was no work life balance, no job security, you have to reach office by 10 and they won't let you go before 9 pm, The entire process got shut down and company just fired more than 150 employees (98%) in 1 go without giving any warning letter or any prior notice. Very pathetic experience.

Only Good thing is it's on roll and you get salary on time.

Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream
