No job security at all. No appraisal. Last minute backdoor policy changes which affect your bonus or salary with no heads up or communication before hand.

If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
