How easily they deceive the employee. They will show you the moon, stars, and the sun during onboarding. And I don't see anything good. Oh, I just remembered, they were teaching how to fool people properly.

...ive such a high target that you'll be completely exhausted trying to achieve it. And the biggest thing is, there’s no fixed salary at all. Even that, if the employee has worked between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the next month, only then will the salary come; otherwise, it won’t. An employee who joins between the 1st and 5th of the month is out of luck they definitely won't get their salary because they won’t be able to complete the target in just 10 days. Even if you work the whole month, you still won’t get paid. Because it will take 4-5 days just to understand the work and to get product knowledge. It's laughable, during onboarding they’ll say there's no work pressure here, that they don’t put pressure on anyone. But how can you not give pressure when you don't even pay the salary. No uniform, no sense of dressing, anyone can wear anything and go. The senior people will probably be sitting and talking while chewing gutka. No work no pay

Non trusteble job in my life….On roll job& fixed salary ka offer letter deti hai company….or off roll par bandhe se work kewati hai…compay ke Hr, regional head,Sab jhut bolte hai….Free lancsar work krwate hai…

... ke liye merchant ko jhooth bolke Soundbox dete hai aur phir rent kaat lete hai. FSE ki salary aur incentive intentionally late karte hai. Zero Integrity at all senior level and wrong commitments at all levels. Hiring is done and then role is decided. Role changes anytime and anywhere. HR has no control. All policies are for namesake. All the decisions are as per whims and fancies of one man and rest all VP, AVP and Sr. VP's are puppets.

This company is unacted. I joined this company 6 month back...but still I am not getting my salary...every month I got 2000/6000 like this only...they don't care about employees and customers too...they never focus on solving the customer problem and customers problem too... please don't joined this company anybody.
