You need to work 24 hours with the salary of 9 hours. You need to pick every call even at mid night. You can't switch off your phone in night. Worse work management. All are habitual to work even after office hours. Some are sending reports at 12am some are sharing it 11am. Even seniors are dropping mail at 11.30 pm. No work life balance here.

AML COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT Only salary is likeable that too if you're lucky to get hike while joining. Weekend working,micro management,internal politics. They like you when you do chaploosi only. Work is so clerical and bulky . They put you on PIP when you'll ask for medical leave.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair..but the job security is not good here.

Job security as the seniors make juniors to work extra hours without any compensation so that they can earn their own incentives & get appraisal themselves. They don't at all bother about the juniors.

Behaviour of seniors is very bad , not at all respect the juniors & they make new rules every week and tell it is RBI rules, though I have enquired as I have friends and relatives working in other renowned banks & came to know that RBI doesn't have any such rules. It's all their own made rules. Work culture is very worse.

After my resignation they have not paid my working days salary. They have deducted my 16k amount without any reason.before resignation TL and HR told me there will be no deduction from salary. As I have given instant resignation with approval. I have approached their management and ceo for justice but I didn’t get any response. I will give 0 rating to this company. They make false commitment to employees as well as their merchants.
