1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5. You won't find developers more than 1.5 yrs working in paytm. Each year entire almost all developers resign and company hire the whole team again. 6. No team culture. Just Owner and Slave culture. 7. If you work in paytm for 5 yrs than you will definetly have Blood pressure problem

Management enjoys doing salary raise discussion of female employees with Rich men in her life. Overall culture is bad and they don't give anything for free be it food or help. Their way to help someone is to first prove to everyone that you need help. Some managers want some employees to be recognised by their favors.

Nice compensation and brand value. There are some managers who will actually believe in you and try their best to motivate you. Many people working here have good intentions.

...f strong people are those who are extremely political, shoe-licker and can speak rubbish for hours. They can't even imagine that a woman can have self respect. There would be no reply on Amber Anonymous chat. Some employees working here can do their best to make you feel less so that they can feel good about themselves. HR management can listens to your complaints in defensive mode.

Upper management is credit seeker and extremely judgmental. Judge, spread and make it appear like an help is their political tactics. They see women employee as weak and try to prove to everyone that they are victims in scrum meetings. HR management don't take Complaints in Amber chats seriously. HR management should understand that in case of severe politics, the first instinct of the employee who has self respect is to find another job and then complaint about the system. They just can't blame employee that they dint complain earlier in their defense.
