...al environment). No Clarifications on tasks and their priorities. Often Layoffs. No Competitive Pay and Appraisals. Remote work, therefore no WLB. Getting calls after office hours. (Sometimes made to work on weekends) No Team Outings and benefits. (Depending on team)

The co-workers are good. They understand you and take up the work and finish it off together.

Dislikes

... in the process. They do not listen to you. There is absolutely no job security. When you ask for compensation, they fire you. WORST MANAGEMENT

Work culture good and will be able to reach our superiors if any concern.

Dislikes

Promotions and increment dispointing. Layoffs every year bit insecure in job while working there. Learning new skills to be improved.

Selective period of shift, timings, HR and manager was good.

Dislikes

Encouraging wrong employers, promotions were only given to people who were able to butter. This was from Team leads fault. Even made decision without even informing employee.

- Manager is targetting the family issues for work. - He never even said a thank you to me after doing work. - I submitted all the assets when i left the company but they asking for settlement price for laptop (i think they are very careless at their work)
