1. You can attend events and WFH -but this turns out negatively most times 2. Free therapy for the stressful situation created by organisation 3. People are usually nice to each other unless their work is being affected (which is always) by someone else who is over-worked and unable to finish on time (everyone except leadership team)

Dislikes

1. Pay below average 2. Partial, egositic, toxic leadership. Too much micro-management across the company 3. Always under budget cut so no money for anything not for employees or anything else 4. People are always leaving max within 6months of joining due to over-working 5. HR head is toxic, never has solution to any problems, whoever complains to her regarding anything her only answer is you can leave if you want. Experienced this with 4-5 people including me. 6. Everyone works 12 hours everyday and HR takes pride in this. They say if you want 9-5 you all can leave 7. In the last 7-8 months, I have seen smartest people leave company.

Likes

The only good thing was you didn’t have to go to office regularly but now they’ve changed that. Join only if you want the company to lose your hopes in the corporate industry. They’re manipulative and treat women badly. I’m surprised no one has put a case against them.

Dislikes

The competition is much better. Go to bookmyshow or Skillbox instead. The leadership at Paytm insider is toxic and they will only favor you if you suckup to them. You don’t have weekends, you’re expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays late till the night and managers are very manipulative.

It helped me to enhance my skills , and all the colleagues were very supportive. I enjoyed a lot working here. Even if I get the opportunity to work here again in the future, I would love to do so.

There is nothing as such I disliked in fact, I loved working here.

Dislikes

Management approach towards employees was disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by the workforce. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment there was a sense of competition that hindered team work and collaboration. To summarize the factors ranges from lack of transparency, excessive workload and unsupportive work culture made the experience made the experience of working at Paytm Insider deeply dissatisfying. All these issues significantly impacted the overall job satisfaction and made it difficult to thrive in such a challenging environment.

Remote Work, Shreyas/ Neehar are amazing. The people who had joined initially, they are amazing people. Very friendly, empathetic. Post covid, the hiring has been bad. Scope of Work is fun to be honest. Free mental health therapy.

Dislikes

Everything toxic about the workplace gets buried under " this is how the industry is". This place had the potential to be one of the best workplaces, but there needs to be somebody to help maintain the culture. Little do the current leads try to understand that despite the industry nature, the company culture was good. If in
