...n't ever come here. They will throw you whenever they want without prior notice. Salary is very low. Plus they change company and its services like clothes. Management is not aware of IT Industry at all, their primary work is totally different they are running these companies only to hide their primary work.

... work done. for a month are two, they will feel that all your business is yours. If given to the company under you then by holding your last month salary when you reach about salary? If follow up you will be sent a termination letter.

Nothing.. management discrimination amongst the employees. For your own leaves you have to bhik mango and if you don't do that they will cut your salaries
