According to the competition in the market, this company does not change its plan. Only one plan of this remains continuous. This is the problem.

Management is good and makes us feel comfort. These days they started variable pay culture and they deduct salaries for unknown reasons like performance.

Dislikes

Teammates are very good and all maintain good work environment. Previously we used to maintain work life balance now its fine. Appraisals will be less for normal working people. Here we need to smartwork instead of hardwork. There is no proper product team to guide the dev team and there is no proper documentation

Nothing .....they're not supported covid situation very irresponsible management.. Not even no one respected employees sitting on head office..... with out reason... Employees termination happened every day ....don't go to work it's my personal experience....

One thing I mostly like in this company, there have a refreshment plans during the working days in every six months. Company policy is good and there re improvements happens quickly.

For operations and back end background team: 1)Firstly start with hike on salary -salary growth is very poor - slack rates are high, no veritable pay on this company and not even any incentive part. 2) No improvement on position (Designation) 3) No job security - if process in the loss or can’t able to generate revenue without warning fires you and the good part if they fire you between the month they will provide you full month of salary. - Not even gets support from HR’s and they easily says with empty hands and blinded mind there have a issue on your performance. 4) freely friends are manager but polities in the top level ( can’t believe on any person because snakes won’t bite ) - Away from double faces people, can’t share your best ideas with Them ( it’s look good flower from far away but form near its Duplicate) 5) fire quantity if we counts it’s comes around more then 80 people include me

Very bad company, manager krishan kumar is such a very bad person he has no sense, he is sense less. He always cut expanse what ever you spend expanse every time cut.
