Salary is given on time even during COVID times people who where thrown out where paid three months salary .My job was secure I was paid regularly. So really proud of that

Work environment ,the mind set of people yes mentality does matter. Manager act as Don like the owe the company actually even they work for the company .Yes all seniors should be respected but doesn't mean they think we can be treated like door mats

I used to love working with Payu gave my 500% to the company for 4 yrs but when I needed them they were no where

Work from home was not permitted when it was possible and needed for employees who gave their heart and soul and needed company in their bad times

just they collect data from DSA& decline the cases then they will fund from their company, basically its a DSA. They are more selfish than DSA.

Fintech company Sale slavery pattern, employee doesn't connect directly to hr, its a crime if connected, after office hours spend 6 hrs more.. Sudats also working no personal life. Business down employee reduction... Just the collect the data from. DSA, then they wil shut. No hr policies, hired under consultant thirt party.
