Very bad culture manager is very bad .... And doing partiality baised...
Dislikes
Manager level are thinking they are owner of the company very baised and rude and unprofessional ..... Without prior notice they send mail of layoff of company without informing the employees one day prior..... Operation manager is very ridiculous and management is very worst
The company is startup, they deal with financial crisis and hence they terminate employee with immediate effect without any prior notice. You will learn here but there is 0 job safety and dead company's culture.
No Saturday off, No festival holidays, you got only 24 holidays in a year which includes festivals also, means if you take 2-3 days off on festival (Diwali) so these 2-3 days will deduct from your 24 days holiday.
There is no such IT department in playpenny
No practical deadline for the project you have to make by EOD somehow
12noon is the login time for the employee and you have to server 9 hours so forget about your social life.
Hectic work culture. No proper guidance to the work. There won't be work life balance. If you want to join this company, you need to forget about self respect. They won't provide IT help and we need to use our personal laptops for work.
