Nothing much, earlier it used to be salary but now it’s very pale or dull since Corona

So called Flexible shifts. I’ve been doing night and graveyard shifts only from the day one. Management: Micro/Nano you can say.. No priorities or concerns against employees health. No change, doing same work for years but company claims to be change is what constant & drives PayPal. (No comments)

Good work environment, good salary, good other benefits like company stocks and best health policy

Dislikes

You can be out of work in a day, no skill development and in terms of knowledge gain, or your experience not be of any use in credit domain

mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

except lay off news, rest everything is good.

Likes

Good pay and RSU refreshers every year. Good severance pay and excellent Insurance coverage

Dislikes

Too much reorg which is creating fear of job security. Biased promotion cycles across teams, few teams has very poor budget for promotion.

Code Quality standard is high.

Dislikes

...dership changes. Existing engineering people don't share knowledge to new hires. No perks apart from salary.
