Honestly, i didn't find any Dislikes. Because, we as an Payomatix, always value each other and support in all the process. talking about Dislikes, which is we treat Deadlines as an Challenge. Everyone wants to fulfill deadlines within the time frame, and yes everyone doing such tasks very seriously.

Great Work Life Balance : Finally a company that values WLB, Throughout my tenure I rarely experienced extended shifts and weekend work. Growth & Learning : Since the company is in growing stage there are significant opportunities for professional growth & learning. Friendly Work Environment: The work environment is welcoming, and the management is approachable and readily available to offer guidance whenever required.

Dislikes

Low Visibility: The company and its product offering are of high quality, however the company visibility and market presence is relatively low. The management should focus on enchaining the same.
